Comparative Market Analysis
A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) a tool we use to help determine the current market value of your home. Markets change from year to year, season to season and even from month to month. By analyzing market data and sales trends we can help you determine the price range within which your home will most likely sell. Generally speaking, the market analysis is a detailed comparison between your home, recently sold homes and other properties currently on the market. Using this as a guideline we will decide together what we believe the current market value to be. Although we believe it is our responsibility to sell your home for the most the market will bear, it is also our responsibility not to jeopardize your situation with unrealistic expectations.
